Part time/Saturday's only private practice mental health counseling

Assist in managing the general operation and treatment components of the mental health program to ensure successful facilitation of effective services. Responsible for oversight of BHIS services and assigned mental health initiatives. Carry out supervisory responsibilities for assigned staff in accordance with organization's policies, applicable laws and licensing procedures. Provide professional therapy and/or counseling to clients as needed to couples, adults, adolescents, children, and families. Develop and maintain goal oriented treatment plans; correspondence with other agencies, programs, clients, and collateral contacts; therapy notation and therapy discharge summaries in order to identify and address treatment plans and effective quality care. Determine the need for and coordinate community resources in order to aid the family in therapy goal attainment. Additional responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, and training employees and developing training schedules; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems; facilitating regular staff meetings and participating in other meetings as appropriate; providing administrative oversight. Responsible for aspects of trauma training and consultation to programs within the agency.
