I assist the Minister of Education with any daily tasks needed. I monitor and review his emails, mark them based on priority, reply when needed for him. I help plan and manage several major Life Bible Study events through out the year. This ranges from room setup, decor, technical needs for the event, catering orders and more. On a regular basis I review and submit all Adult 2 room setups for bible study classes. I help setup and run a monthly leaders and directors meeting. I keep track of the receipts and balance his church credit card each month. This includes entering it all into an excel and organizing all the receipts numerically according to the statement.

Send site walks to field contractors for commercial fiber placement. Once the tech would email the information I would process and upload the site walks for AT&T into the database site. Also assisted with billing the AT&T completed work.

I was the assistant for the General Manager over the East Texas systems. I would process customer tickets to be resolved that would range from field issues, billing, damage claims etc. I assisted the field techs with their company phones and would helps troubleshoot any issues. Complete general daily tasks asked of my General Manager. I also managed and maintained the Security equipment. I was in charge of issuing out any equipment and balancing the inventory on a monthly basis. This was tracked through Peoplesoft/Oracle software over the years. I also handles any NSF checks that would come into our local front counter from customers.
