My responsibilities include ensuring that the safety and security procedures are followed at various locations as well as monitor cameras and associated alarms, maintain access control and badge activity for multiple Data Centers in North America and South America. I establish a strong working relationship with my fellow officers and the customers to conduct proper communication. I shared product knowledge with customers while making personal recommendations as to what I believed to be the best product for them. I also ensured the store was clean and appealing to the customers. I opened and closed the store, which included counting cash drawers and making bank deposits. I trained the new employees with the IOS system we used as well as how to conduct themselves around customers. I also answered customers' questions and addressed any problems or complaints in person or via phone. I worked to build customer confidence by actively listening to their concerns and giving appropriate feedback while answering customers' questions and addressing any additional issues.

I was posted in lock-up control where I was in charge of keys, inventory, radio traffic, and monitoring the space to ensure safety for the officers and inmates. I was also posted on Death Row where I supervised approximately 15 to 20 inmates. I was in charge of the inmates daily activities such as showers, recreation, meals, and visitation. I learned to be attentive as well as confident in my decision making capabilities during my employment.

I computed sales prices, total purchases and processed payments. I replenished floor stock and processed shipments to ensure product availability for customers as well as restocking inventory when shipments were received. I delivered excellent customer service by greeting and assisting each customer. I trained all new employees on store procedures and policies. This job taught me the importance of customer service and the ownership / accountability of my mistakes.
