Starting my career as an ICU nurse gave me the tools to handle high-stress and high-stakes emergencies with great compassion and care. My experience in the Navy gave me an amazing start in learning Servant Leadership and now the last 10 years of Entrepreneurship- I have learned more than one can explain in words. My range of work experience has given me a unique ability to bring passion and heart, dedication and drive, as well as the skills and knowledge needed to create, serve, educate, and inspire. I have a passion for people and for personal/professional development. My energy and excitement comes from finding ways to excite and energize others. The last 10 years of starting, growing, and running businesses (and all of the ups and downs) has built in me an immense amount of grit, creativity, resilience, knowledge, passion, drive, confidence, appreciation, gratitude (and so much more) that I couldn't have dreamed of when I first started down this path. With Frontline Metal- we are making a difference by brightening and elevating dull work environments, providing unique ways to appreciate others with custom works of art personalized for the individual, and giving people an avenue to express their passions on custom metal art pieces. Years of R&D have created a product that impacts people in a way that other wall art, signs, and decor can't. With PrisMetal- we are making a difference by providing sign companies and resellers a premium product that they can be proud to offer without the need to spend the capital, resources, and education needed to make the product themselves. Our ability to decrease the manufacturing workload on the hard-working reseller gives them the ability to focus on their customers and their needs while we focus on providing the premium product with strict quality control standards and unique solutions. Professionally- I am focused on growth and relationships. I am obsessed with learning. I am constantly finding ways to learn, improve, and grow. I'm open to trying new things and meeting new people and am excited to continue to see where the journey of life takes me (or...where I take it).
