Current-Evaluating client needs and advising on appropriate banking products for both business and consumer clients-Understanding and applying selling techniques to open, develop and close sales actively cross-selling products including loans, insurance, and business services. -Managing portfolio of accounts and closely monitoring for issues in need of attention-Managing escalated phone calls by applying conflict resolutions skills and extensive knowledge of bank policies, products and services-Adhering to established security procedures reducing potential fraud or safety violations for client financial and identity protection-Training and mentoring banking staff to maximize performance, efficiency and compliance
