Ashley Muir is a brand strategist on the cutting edge, drawing on a thorough and meticulous skill level combined with innate talent and a keen eye for client’s needs. Ashley not only creates visual brands through her expertise in graphic design, but she also goes deeper into the thought process that drives a brand’s success. A graduate of the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Ashley launched her company INTELATIVITY in 2013, focusing on graphic design and branding for the construction and legal industries, as well as political action, social justice, and non-profit sectors. Through design and art direction, Intelativity creates high-impact visual communications for both digital and print. Her earlier career in font design laid the groundwork for where she is today. As the lead type designer and graphic designer at International TypeFounders, Inc. (a global typeface company) from 2005 to 2011, Ashley contributed to the production and publication of nearly 30 typefaces including Creighton, Megaphone, Ronsard, Harry, and Badger. Her custom typeface designs were utilized in ad campaigns for clients such as Microsoft, Giant Bikes, Merrell Shoes, and Disney, and she was also responsible for all internal graphic design services. Ashley serves on the Board of Directors of Emerge PA, a non-profit that trains women to run for political office. As a leader in the state chapter of the national organization, she is on the Communications Committee and is responsible for creating and delivering graphic design and visual communications to increase visibility and awareness for the organization. Previously, Ashley was on the Board of SistersU, a non-profit focused on providing education, resources, and opportunities to empower women and benefit the community at large. Ashley is an inspired and talented graphic designer whose ability to pinpoint how brands are responded to and perceived in the marketplace is a key part of her client services.
