• Responsible for developing the territory of Edmonton North to the Yukon• Made a minimum of a once a month contact with EVERY single account (more contacts for larger accounts) • Recorded each contact in CRM software• Built strong relationships with all finance managers in my territory• Handled any dealer concerns promptly and professionally• Set up sales contests to motive finance managers to sell more of our products (warranties, life and disability etc)• Trained finance managers on all available productsACHIEVEMENTS:• Ranked 2nd place nationality for highest increase over target YTD (Oct-Jan)• Doubled the number of signed accounts in my territory in 9 months • Asked to speak at the year-end conference in Oct to explain to other DDM’s how I was able to sign the most credit accounts in any LGM territory and become the first DDM to break $1million in funded deals in a month
