New Business Acquisition, Sales and Relationship Management.Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of clients’ business and industry as well as clients’ personal position;Set the rules of engagement with clients for the Customer Service Team.Conduct relevant client visits and maintain relationships;Orchestrate any interaction between other parties (e.g. Credit Manager, product specialists) and clients.Proactively identify clients’ needs or react to their expressed needs;Develop appropriate solutions to identified financial needs;Orchestrate appropriate specialist interaction with clients (e.g. complex products and processes or where legal requirements necessitate);Prepare and deliver written or verbal proposals;Negotiate and conclude the deals and collect relevant documentation;Handover for implementation to Services ManagerMake pricing decisions.Tailor client service level according to an assessment of current and potential value in line with the CVM and sales process.Financial analysis, detailed commentary and high level motivation of Credit applications.Annual reviews of all Credit facilities held by clients.
