I am an Aisles Online Lead, and I help run the department along side my managers. I help my coworkers who shop the customer's orders by answering their questions, and finding stuff. My coworkers who help the customers loading their groceries in the cars is another area I help with by answering their questions, helping them when they need someone else out there with them, or helping by taking empty totes, dry ice, or ice bottles inside. I also help the customers with their questions when it's over the phone, or in the store.

I work for Swanson Elementary School as a before and after-school care teacher.
