Aspiring Salesforce Admin actively preparing to sit for the Salesforce Admin certification exam.Over 15 years in the healthcare industry with roles in Revenue Cycle and most recently Patient Experience. I currently serve as the Salesforce Training Specialist and provide ongoing support to various teams across the Piedmont Healthcare system. While I have trained over 350 Salesforce end users, my primary goal is to use my enthusiasm for the Salesforce platform to provide end users with the confidence they need to perform their roles in a more efficient manner and help them understand how Salesforce can transform their everyday work.My current role has allowed me numerous opportunities to act as a project manager and work with teams to implement changes that allow end users to see the true value of Salesforce. By taking on challenging projects, I have been able to step outside of my comfort zone and challenge myself and leverage my organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills to bring forth change to work processes for the Salesforce end user.
