I was raised by 2 educators that valued kindness and hard work above all else. I was trained to love others, work for the Lord not for man, and learn in every circumstance. These values formed the foundation of my personal life and career path. My passion is caring for others, whether that be a literal caretaking position for someone with disabilities, or currently in the field of sales where I work to meet the technical needs of my customers. My natural interest in high level math and chemistry guided me to the field of chemical engineering where I get to work with numbers and (electro)chemistry daily. As a child I was continually placed in positions that partnered me with other kids diagnosed with autism and developmental delays. I was able to learn and practice unique patience, empathy, and interpersonal skills through these friendships; I worked one on one with a total of 8 individuals across a spectrum of ages and abilities up through college.Academically, I focused my time on math and sciences- particularly chemistry. I completed Organic Chemistry at only 17 years old and decided I’d pursue a career in chemistry. Upon graduating, with my Bachelor's of Science in Chemical Engineering, I was contacted by Filtra Systems for a sales and laboratory position that would allow me to do chemically focused work while maintaining my communication skills through filtration equipment sales. I transitioned to a similar position with Chroma ATE but I now work with capital equipment within the field of electrochemistry. Currently, I meet with clients, arranging meetings to discuss their product and process requirements in order to design unique solutions. I oversee projects ranging from R&D to gigafactory scale. My day-to-day activities includes communicating with a range of positions within each company, organizing cross country travel, leading meetings both on-site and virtually, performing economic analysis, evening meetings with our engineers and product managers in Taiwan, and documenting all details in CRM. Within my first year at Chroma, I successfully closed ~$1.5M in deals. As I continue on in my career, I seek to continually grow and to combine my love for science with my drive to help others.
