• Develop and implement overall merchandising strategies for the Sephora Collection makeup business at Sephora inside JCPenney• Effectively manage the relationship with the European product development team on newness buys, promotional activities & education initiatives • Secured capital investment to implement Visual Merchandising updates• Deliver business presentation and updates to executive teams including operational results, budget performance & category growth• Identify key growth drivers, and product opportunities, in addition to risks based on market trend, newness & brand performance• Maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional partners (Merchandise Operations, Planning, Allocation & Education)

• Manage and execute department strategies for the Sephora Favorites kits program. #1 holiday brand• Assist in managing brand relationships for 7 brands that include: Urban Decay, Kat Von D, Benefit, Anastasia, Cover FX, Bite, and Marc Jacobs• Work closely with the Planning & Allocation partners on new product buy quantities and replenishment orders• Manage assortment and update timelines for brand portfolios• Negotiate with brands on testers/damages, RTV’s, samples• Communicate with brands daily on business related matters• Plan new product launch activities with Education, Marketing, and Planning partners• Style out email and catalog product picks• Manage marketing assets for brand co-op’s, in-store events, CTA’s, bouceback cards, and direct mailers

• Analyze and validate sales and inventory needs for key initiatives, animations & promotions• Partner with digital Merchants to identify assortment product quantities• Manage system set up for assortments, allocation & ordering needs• Manage all .com inventories for email and site advertising to support exposure• Assist in overall stock continuity
