I recently graduated from UC Davis (Go Aggies!) with a B.S in Human Development and Family Studies as well as a B.A in Psychology. I am passionate about education and helping others excel in their own academic endeavors, especially those who are challenged by financial, social, and institutional obstacles. In the past, I have acted as a peer educator for international college students at UC Davis. As a peer educator, I helped over 20+ students of different backgrounds with creating and constructing writing pieces.I exercise this passion today as a tutor for non-profit organization, Step Up, a program that helps to bridge the education gap for underserved students in the LAUSD district.
