With a diverse and enriching career in education, I have held pivotal roles such as a high school English Teacher, Media Specialist, and Department Chairperson. My dedication to fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment has been a cornerstone of my professional journey. As a member of the Professional Learning Support Team at my school site, I have served as the Content Expert, guiding and mentoring colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and student engagement.I have obtained three Master's degrees: one in Adult Education and Human Resource Development, another in Educational Leadership, and am completing a third in Curriculum and Instruction. These advanced studies have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of educational theory, leadership, and curriculum development, enabling me to drive impactful change and innovation within educational settings.
