•Designed and created Access databases for our client, MCA, a billing/collection agency, using user requirements and process analysis. These systems are still in use today.•Maintain Access databases while troubleshooting problems and making modifications based on business/user requirements. Research new techniques within Access Programming that could be useful in making databases more efficient and apply them.•Designed specialized reports & billings as well as generation of monthly closing & revenue reports for each client using Access and Excel. •Electronic transfer of data between company and clients, including data cleansing, ensuring data quality and integrity. •Streamlined many processes to be automatic via Access and Excel, freeing up time for other tasks.
