Onboarding and offboarding colleagues, assisting colleagues with FMLA and leave processes, closing out payroll, conducting investigations and providing managers with appropriate recommendations for corrective actions, scheduling and running monthly safety meetings, assisting with employee engagement committees, and being available for staff during offices hours for any questions they may have.
