Ashley Oberg is the Chief of Staff for York IE where she oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the firm. Ashley corresponds with startups and co-investors, makes sure all documents and investments are executed and tracked, drives forward strategic initiatives, and organizes and maintains complex schedules for the team. Additionally, Ashley manages all aspects of York IE’s real estate portfolio, charitable causes, and community projects to ensure each are executed seamlessly with vertical integration in mind. Ashley is also an entrepreneur and small business owner. She operates Barre Life, a Manchester, New Hampshire-based Barre and Yoga studio focused on health and wellness. She was a part-time instructor until purchasing the business in early 2019. Previously, Ashley worked for eight years as an executive assistant at Oracle and Dyn, where she was vital in ensuring a smooth operation within the growing strategy, sales and marketing organizations. At Dyn, she organized all leadership and team strategic offsites, including the annual ‘Baller’s Club’ trip which rewarded employees and their significant others for exceptional performance.Ashley began her career as a manager at Farm and Flower Market in Manchester. She has a BS in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
