Have worked within a sales environment for the past 8 years. I worked for Harbour ISP for 5 years as a customer service / sales representative and at times assisted in the accounts department. This role was focused in the telecommunications industry focusing on NBN connections but also working along with other infrastructure leaders such as, Opticomm, LNBCO, and Open Networks. In early 2019 I joined Optus as I was looking for growth opportunities within my career. Within the 2 months of starting I was moved into the business specialist role and by July i had stepped up due to the manager leaving and was doing that role with just only over the phone support. In recognition I was offered the Assistant manager role as a stepping stone into management, I spent the next year working closely with a store manager learning and was then promoted to the role 2021 and still currently in this role. I pride myself on my willingness to work and using the tools and initiative to get the job done.
