Some things I do in my role include consultation with Registered Aboriginal Parties (RAPs) and Traditional Owners (TOs) during the preparation of Cultural Heritage Management Plans (CHMPs) and other.

In 2021, I acted as the lead archaeologist in the provision of archaeological services contract for Hunter Water. As part of this role, I was responsible for the provision of management advice on all things pertaining to heritage (both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal) within the Hunter Water operational area.

As a Senior Archaeologist, I was involved in leading and managing the preparation of a wide range of heritage assessments throughout New South Wales. I also had the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in Victoria, the ACT and internationally. During my time at Umwelt, I delivered reports such as due diligence assessment, Aboriginal and Historical.

I worked on various projects throughout NSW, Victoria and Papua New Guinea, undertaking desktop survey, field survey, test and salvage excavation, and post-excavation analysis and reporting. Graduate research assistant, primarily working on Cape York research projects. Main project was to consolidate all heritage sites listed on the QLD register for the Cape York region.During this time, I also worked at the JCU library in a student research support role.

I worked with the St Vincent de Paul Society as a Youth Facilitator. I undertook a number of projects while I was worked with the Society, including coordinating the Refugee Tutoring Program, coordinating the "Buddies Day" program in Townsville and assisting with general works of the Society.
