I like to say that marketing chose me. What started out as a career in research psychology quickly changed to a digital media marketing path when I was asked to run the social media channels for my research lab in 2016. Since then, I’ve continued to work in marketing over the last seven years, gaining expertise, particularly in digital media. After college, I transitioned to consumer marketing and used my digital marketing skills spanning from SEO marketing, website management, marketing strategy, and copywriting, to content creation, paid advertising, and Google Analytics at a variety of businesses, including a local toy store, a niche distillery, and a non-profit symphony. Throughout these positions I’ve honed my skills by collaborating with influencers, local businesses and external organizations, maintaining digital content calendars, coordinating photography shoots, and generating new marketing campaigns and strategies based on analytics. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me planning my next trip, attempting not to twist an ankle while hiking, buying too many holiday products at Trader joe’s, or out pretending I'm a food influencer at restaurants in NYC. I’m very much a kid at heart and I like to bring that enthusiasm and energy into every aspect of my life. I’m always interested in meeting new people or hearing from old friends and former colleagues, so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect!
