This included yet was not limited to mission planning and route determination based on analysis of gathered intelligence. Additionally, as a team leader throughout the entirety of the deployment I was personally responsible for the welfare and safety of four (4) Soldiers and over a million dollars in equipment. While out of country for two weeks, my supervisor selected me over my peers to take on the additional responsibilities of mission planning and patrol placement for three (3), four (4) person teams, a total of 12 Soldiers.
