Execute the responsibilities and expectations as the clubhouse manager while facilitating the annual coordination and execution of golf leagues, travel leagues, and golf outings resulting in increased customer relations. Maintains continuous oversight on the inventory & ordering of golf equipment, essential hardware, food and beverage, and office supplies. Manage the internal administrative and financial functions of the course to accurately conduct daily deposits, pay-in reports, pay roll reporting, and monthly sales tax. Responsible for the hiring, training, and scheduling of employees. Generates purchase orders in order to purchase items for the golf course.

Conducted daily customer interactions during various golf leagues and outings in order to increase customer relations. Served as a seasonal cart representative to enhance the experience of the customer. Prepared for outings, weddings, and other events taken at the course. Managed daily scheduling of tee times and responsibilities of the clubhouse desk.

Onboarding process for new hires. Scanning and saving any invoices, personnel and course action forms. Responsible for tasks associated with previous assistant admin position.

Sent reports including OT and labor reports to managers. Audit hours & complete punch corrections forms for associates. DSR tips from previous day & preparing Net Daily tips sheet. Researched receipt request and/or refunds. Mid-shift & PM takings including printing checkout reports & making sure drop amount matches gross cash.

Oversaw and led day-to-day animal husbandry and enrichment of a diverse collection of reptiles, amphibians, birds, and mammals. Maintained an oversight of the care of numerous North American native venomous herptiles, Beaded lizards, Gila Monsters, and a Komodo Dragon.

Treated injured and/or orphaned animals, rehabilitated, and released back into the wild, depending on the condition of injury.

Daily husbandry of the non-venomous reptile collection including snakes, lizards, turtles, and tortoises.

Scheduled & assisted with surgeries and vet appointments.
