I have a Level 3 in Vehicle diagnostics from which I graduated in June 2018, as part of this course I completed Level 2 Maths and English which is equivalent to GCSE grade C, in addition to this I completed an ICT module also at level 2 so I am confident and familiar with using databases and Microsoft programmes. I am also enrolled in a Level 5 diploma for leadership and management to improve on our self-awareness and confidence.I have excellent communication skills and have kept good relationships with fellow colleagues and customers throughout my careers In both my current and previous employment, I am expected to keep to timeframes set for work completion, I have also worked as part of both small and large teams successfully.
