All of my work history thus far has made me experienced in crucial hospitality skills such as customer service, communication and even employee evaluations and development. I have been working at Sun & Surf Beach Club since 2013, when I was 14 years old. Working there I learned how to work under high pressure situations while and still manage to cater to each customer’s needs. I also practiced financed skills while budgeting and working out inventory. I also organized shifts and schedules to meet the demands of the company while also considering the needs of all employees. In all of my jobs, I always hit the ground running and absorbed as much knowledge as I could to perfect my skills.
