Perform all necessary laboratory testing in the detection, diagnosis, and prognosis of disease,most often COVID.● Follows written lab procedures for the correct handling and processing of specimens.● Utilize ABI 7500's instrument for COVID tests.● Troubleshoot any laboratory machinery equipment.● Reviews accuracy and completeness of results prior to releasing in the Laboratory InformationSystem. Recognizes unexpected or unreasonable results and/or testing delays.● Locating and transporting specimens as per company standards and protocols.

Prepare urine and oral fluid samples for analysis by LC/MS/MS● Prepare samples according to Standard Operating Procedures.● Provides information for patient diagnosis and treatment by performing laboratory tests on urineand oral fluid samples● Adhere to all security procedures for ensuring the confidentiality of donor information● Receive and process incoming specimens and prepare reagents – calibrators and QC.● The ability to understand mass spectrometry technology, calibrations, quality control, and patientresults.● Perform quality control testing and troubleshooting, as per Standard Operating Procedures.
