• Successful track record of development and management of multi-asset, global product trading/sales Treasury and Capital Market businesses. • Strategy design and implementation, led the platform build (including technical specification), hired and led the teams, traded and managed the risks on the desk whilst developing customer flows.• Successful in developing strong, co-operative relationships and influence with key individuals/departments both externally and across the organisation, to help achieve objectives.• 20+ years of above plan business revenues across multiple products/asset types in the US and UK• Specific achievements include the setup, development and management of a Global Forward FX team, Global Rates & Emerging Markets team and multi-asset Treasury trading business in a complete start-up environment, including balance sheet management and liquidity network development. • Ability to adopt an empathic and collaborative approach across business areas, in order to facilitate solutions to potential conflicts or interdepartmental issues• Strong governance and regulatory knowledge and awareness.
