Generate daily invoices for customer billing and posting of incoming payments using QuickBooks. Accountable for weekly payment deposits. Regulate current and past-due invoices. Receive all incoming correspondence and apply it to the correct customer. Responsible for providing excellent customer service for all incoming calls regarding inquiries, requests, and complaints. Required to organize and file all correspondence between our company and our customers.

Greeting visitors and patients and conducting them to the appropriate location or person as needed. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of hospitalization and patient travel to facilitate coordination of patient scheduling and patient testing Prepare purchase orders, complete forms and reports as required by the various company offices and outside vendors and agencies. Assist with all accounts receivable and accounts payable.
