As an Assistant Manager I had a wide variety of duties I was responsible for. Every day I would start my mornings off by pullin multiple daily reports and input the information when needed, I had a conference call every morning to report previous day's successes and numbers. On a day to day basis I did teller transactions and opened a variety of accounts. As the Assistant Manager I was also in charge of completing the schedule, audits, coaching and training of employees. I was very know for my wide variety and interest in operations. I was transferred between branches when a branch was doing poorly and would not receive a good audit score.
