I often say that my greatest asset is passion. To me, “passion” equates to strong attention to detail, persevering to get things accomplished, thinking outside of the box with creative ideas, and taking innovative processes from inception to implementation. From my previous and current work experiences, I have learned that I am most passionate about creating processes/procedures to promote efficiencies and organization. As a Coach, I am passionate about helping people find their inner self to realize their fullest potential. I have had the opportunity to create and implement innovative and effective programs, processes and procedures within HR Departments. From conceptualizing and implementing a company-wide Onboarding Program to redefining the merit matrix used to payout merit increases, my approach to project implementation is unique and well thought-out. I have had the opportunity to explain business processes, propose new solutions and drive change within the organization; serving as a strategic partner and leadership consult to the executive and management teams. Throughout my experience, I have managed all employee relations matters, in addition to acting as a coach/counsel to employees and managers in highly sensitive, confidential or complex situations.As a well-seasoned professional, I can wear many hats at the same time. I am polished in presenting information and can take on large projects independently or as a hardworking team member. With my level of experience, I am fine-tuned with liaising between two parties and can diplomatically earn and maintain the trust from both sides of the spectrum. I am a bit of an entrepreneur at heart and love to think outside of the box when it comes to developing new, or refreshing old, ideas. Whatever I do, I do it with my heart and am fully invested.
