During my time at Campbell and Associates I worked in the workers' compensation department, social security disability department, and assisted the intake department. While working in the workers' compensation department my duties included, but were not limited to, managing NC and SC files, responding to discovery, reviewing and summarizing medical records, and preparing the attorneys for mediation and hearing. While in the social security disability department my duties included, but were not limited to, corresponding with governmental agencies frequently, preparing files for hearings by ensuring all medical records were received and submitted to the hearing office properly, case management of over 200 files, and completing all appeals within the set deadline. I assisted the intake department by speaking with potential clients to determine if their case was a viable case for the firm and getting those potential clients to allow us to assist them.
