-Hired to cover established teaching positions for a significant stretches of time.-Taught high school ceramics, pottery, amd mixed media for two years (serious illness in teacher's family).-Planned and promoted student art shows.-Organized field trips to local museums and art galleries.-Taught 7th grade English for one semester.-Served as the school Administrative Assistant for a semester, plus as needed at other times.

Taught art history, art appreciation and art techniques to students in 4th and 5th grades.

I organized a plethora of activities to teach the boys various skills, from survival to art to helping others.

I served to assist the teacher in every aspect of managing the classroom including tutoring, counseling, preparation.

Served as Secretary on the Executive Commitee which included the following: -communication with all of the board members and VYFS Executive Director-recorded minutes of all meetings and communications with the board-liason between the board and the staff of the organizationConcurrently served on the Recruiting Commitee which involved-recruiting future members of the board,-providing marketing and promotion of Vashon Youth and Family Services-organized fund raising events.
