Efficiency and effectiveness are my drivers. Taking something that has always been and creating a better or new process is always a win. Bringing people together from across our organization to not just solve problems but to do it in an inspired, creative and thoughtful way.With this driving force I reduced costly errors by over 50% by creating two new tools that took out all the guess work for associates. I also imagined and led a project to create a “set and forget it” tool that enables users to automatically send their clients periodical content regarding the products they own.I thrive on change. It gives me the energy to be creative and innovative. No matter what I am working on professionally or personally I am always looking for ways to making better. Can it be for efficient? Can it be more organized? Can it be less expensive? I observe and internalize information until a solution is formed. From here I know that more than one brain is always better and work with subject matter experts to facilitate the solution.I have had field and corporate roles within the financial industry that give me a unique, well-rounded perspective. This perspective allows me to do my job fully aware of what the impacts could be. I value relationships and respect both professionally and personally. I give children as much respect as any adult, and I give operation associates as much respect as an executive leader. This helps foster strong, mutually respectful relationships.
