• Advise President and employees during contract negotiations and ordinary business transactions• Formulate an estate plan for high net worth individuals with numerous close corporations and real estate holdings• Serve as legal counsel at corporate shareholders’ meetings and act as President’s representative at annual meetings for numerous homeowners’ associations• Managed a multimillion dollar residential construction project (2008 – 2010) and supervised an extensive remodel of an oceanfront property in coastal South Carolina (2011) • Created a residential development plan for lakefront property in North Carolina
