County direct access to COVID-19 testing and vaccines with over 110,000 doses administered to date. I assisted with logistics and daily operations of 10 rotating clinics serving up to 1,500 patients per day; drafted and approved schedules for 100+ staff for various sites throughout LA County.

James Beard-award-winning restaurant group including A.O.C., The Larder, Hollywood Bowl marketplace, and Lucques Catering & Events. Beverly Hills location functioned as a weekday café and headquarters for Lucques Catering. As the Office and Staffing Manager, I managed daily operations and coordinated staff and schedules for over 450 events, including Hollywood Bowl Opening Night, Amazon MARS Conference, The Foundation for AIDS Research Gala, GQ Man of the Year, and Hammer Museum Gala.

As the sole Training and Documentation Lead in Customer Care, I supported a team of 35 customer care associates. Day-to-day required excellent problem-solving skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing projects. Received quarterly ShopKeep Recognition Award for excellence in overhauling the onboarding training program.
