-Performed daily tasks and responsibilities associated with disbursement processing in accordance with US Treasury regulations, federal banking regulations and internal policies and procedures.-Monitored all Treasury Services related activity and ensured that all required functions were performed properly-Assisted Tax and Treasury Services supervisor with special assignments-Provided back up coverage for other staff in Tax and Treasury Services Division as needed

-Compiled monthly Board Packages to be distributed at the Board Meetings and complete quarterly Call Reports to be submitted to the Federal Reserve for three out of seven banks-Created various journal entries before closing designated banks each month and ensure that all accounts are balanced-Conducted daily reconciliations for corresponding bank and Federal Reserve accounts-Worked closely with bank representatives on any questions, concerns or needs regarding the financial status of their individual banks

-Managed all retail accounts for the Great Lakes region-Developed relationships with trade partners and assisted them with any questions regarding their credit lines, payment terms and general billing information-Promoted to Credit Admin position after four months of employment and began conducting financial analysis for all new accounts with a $100k or less credit line-Worked simultaneously with Senior Credit Administrator on decisions regarding new account approvals and existing account terminations

-Reconciled bank statements, completed payroll and managed bills-Transferred company records to different accounting software to complete trial balances-Used Excel to record and maintain company information
