I was part of the design team for a while and eventually was placed into the advanced program called "Phase Two" within the schools salon. I graduated in November of 2009 and started assisting in one of the top salons of Athens while taking clients on my own time freelancing. After 8 months I moved on to work with a corporate office as the company's private stylist. I was there for a little over a year and have picked back up on freelancing and this is where my heart is! I love getting to build personal relationships with each of my clients! I am very skilled with color and can finish up your service with a great cut and style.I also have over 7 years experience in the skin care and color cosmetics industry. I started working with Merle Norman Cosmetics in 2006 where I received my training for skin care and I taught myself how to do makeup and have perfected my skills over the years. I was with the company until 2009 and I continued working with other cosmetics as a freelance artist. As I attended Paul Mitchell, I was able to become a member of the Design Team (team of hair and makeup artist to work fashion shows & photo shoots in the Atlanta Area). I was one of their lead makeup artist during my time with them. I worked as a personal company stylist with burton & Burton. I would style the company owner's hair each morning and sometimes her mother and daughter. Throughout the rest of the day I would take regularly scheduled appointments from other employees of the company. I would perform regular services you would see in any other salon. Color, Cutting, Styling, Waxing, Manicures, Pedicures, etc.

Hired on as a promotions team member, bar tender & waitress, I was soon given the responsibility of promotions & event manager. I also, along with other promotions team members put together special private events, everything from set up to break down.
