• Evaluate and implement physical and psychosocial activity that is designed to maximize independence in daily life skills as well as to prevent future debility and illness in senior population • Programming includes, but not limited to, walking programs, passive/active range of motion, strength and balance training, and wellness education while providing compassionate interaction improving quality of life• Avid advocate for clientele addressing concerns with health and well being with support staff and caregivers

• Coordination of over 250 athletes and volunteers through recruitment, registration, training, and implementation of inclusive programming• Leading advisory board, overseeing fundraising efforts, implementing policies and procedures, on site supervisor for undergraduate and graduate students from various Universities, collaborating with partnering organizations• Fulfilling grant benchmarks to ensure precise budget and resource management
