As the Sales Coordinator I wore many hats! My main functions were to plan and execute multi-facility tours for clients with the goal of strengthening client relationships and increasing sales. I regularly attended customer events and trade shows, as well as regularly attending after-hours functions with clients, such as sporting events or dinners. My role was a mix between inside and outside sales. I supported multiple area managers while simultaneously assisting clients with questions about the products and ensuring they're getting the correct products for their projects. I consistently exceeded company benchmarks for performance metrics. I utilized Oracle, Salesforce and Concur to perform my daily functions.
