Manages the pre-sales market development activities include the identification of new business opportunities and the migration of competitive products for related Rockwell service and hardware business to meet the customer’s maintenance and engineering needs. Manages the post-sales customer service functions include evaluating customer satisfaction, determining and communicating future customer needs and working with sales and service delivery to create a delivery model that will meet the customers’ expectations. -Responsible for developing and managing Standard Operating Procedures. Manage repair process by collecting and entering data into ERP (Oracle Applications) on a daily basis. Contract work through Bryan Marr Plumbing.Responsible for producing molds for tires in a timely manner. Duties are to sand blast the tread, sidewall plates, and cbo’s all included inside the mold. Making sure that all repairs are done while putting the parts back together.

Staffing Company through Manpower Responsible for unloading parts from vendors, UPS, and FedEx. Receive purchase orders and accurately enter them into our ERP (Oracle Applications) system. Perform daily inventory of specific items in the storeroom. Ensure equipment and mechanized parts are constantly available, and coordinating shipping orders with vendors for resupply as needed. As a Special Projects Technician, responsible for organization, movement, and location of essential parts required by Michelin’s maintenance personnel.
