As a versatile and results-driven member of the senior leadership team, I managed all facets of business operations, including facilities management, special events, recruiting, compliance, employee benefits, and HR, while championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. I spearheaded strategic expansion efforts with the Executive team, successfully growing headcount and establishing new office locations in Palo Alto and India.I ensured compliance with labor laws, GDPR, and health & safety regulations across our multinational operations. Despite economic challenges, I led the hiring of over 50 employees globally. I played a key role in launching our SAAS product at the CCW conference in Vegas, overseeing booth design, marketing materials, and coordination of keynote speakers and breakout sessions.My achievements included managing due diligence for our Series A funding round, securing $32M in June 2022, and directing a year-long project to achieve SOC2 certification, which enhanced our credibility and operational excellence. I managed strategic organizational activities, including external Executive Team events and senior leadership agendas, and fostered key partnerships with investors and clients.I oversaw budgeting and expenses, optimizing costs to support company objectives, and implemented risk management strategies to identify opportunities for operational enhancement.
