- Distribute orders to retail stores, analyze sales trends as well as analyze store trends, maintain store inventory to ensure the store has enough inventory to achieve sales plan- Complete open-to-buy , place orders with outside vendors, analyze past, present, and forecast future trends in order to project buys for upcoming seasons- Create SKU's and UPC’s as well as create styles in our Style Master system, migrate styles into our Retail System, and communicating with stores to fulfill their needs- Provide daily on-order reports, communicate with warehouse to ensure all orders are shipped to meet in-store deadlines, resolve all ASN issues with shipping as well as investigate and resolve store receiving discrepancies- Propose markdowns based on selling as well as key markdowns into system for retail stores and web- Communicate markdowns and promotional events to all stores

- Responsibilities include taking photos for Hartstrings website as well as major department stores including Belks, Macys, and Dillards. Ensure all photos are completed before deadlines- Take product shots used in marketing brochures and mailer. Use Photoshop to ensure photos fit the marketing campaign
