• Management, development and control of the group’s Integrated Management System with key focus on health, safety, environment, quality and general compliance• Leading a team of managers in regard to H&S who are paramount in the effectiveness of the organisations level of Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance. • Conducting and reviewing Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Job Safety Analysis Documentation• Driving, developing and implementing health and safety strategies within the business model and overarching corporate strategy• Management and development of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and subsidiary strategies• Accident Investigation, Accident Management and Prevention, Accident Statistics.• Writing Environmental, Safety, Health & Quality Policies along with their implementation and review.• Development and implementation of the corporate training scheme with an emphasis on health and safety and ‘job related’ training.
