I've enjoyed a career as an inside sales representative with Curbell since 2016, providing material selection, quotes, orders, and exceptional customer service to dunnage manufacturers, machine shops, machine builders, and sign makers. In 2021, I was excited to pivot my career from inside sales to training manager of Curbell Plastics.I have experience with our training team, having been a trainer since 2018, and having helped with new employee onboarding and training, acquisitions, helping to write training content, and reviewing new training materials. As training manager, I am responsible for leading documentation creation and revision efforts according to documentation governance guidelines, managing the Cornerstone Learning environment for Curbell Plastics, serving as an SAP material expert for the field, running our Train the Trainer program, and helping to facilitate both company-wide and targeted training programs.I am a very driven individual, and believe there is something new to learn each day!
