My journey in business began in the construction industry back when I was just 16 years old.Then at age 24, I built (from the ground up) 2 separate business, one in the Plumbing & Heating sector and the other in the Electrical installation & maintenance sector. Whilst juggling the day to day demands of these companies I was also actively investing in both the development and rental of residential property and I still manage my own portfolio of properties today.It was during this time that I discovered how difficult it can be for business directors and the self employed to obtain a mortgage or finance on a property/project. I really wanted to help with this...I then decided to leave the construction industry and became a qualified mortgage industry professional. unfortunately I did not find this job at all as fulfilling as I hoped it would be, so I have now returned to a position within the construction industry sector
