Working at Vision Specialty I managed all the calls from new to current clients, verified insurances, resolved client complaints, helped with glasses orders and maintained communication with the patients at all times. Being a helpline counselor I assisted with any worries or concerns from callers all over the United States may have had. I gave them suggestions and opportunities to change or better their current situation. Provided them with other foundations that could help with any tragedy they were foreseeing at the moment.
