Senior Manager Of Recruiting And Hospitality
Current• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the Support Center• Oversees the job posting and advertisement processes• Manages the staffing process – source, recruit, pre-screen, interview and onboard candidates for various positions within the Support Center• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with Support Center leaders• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies• Facilitates the orientation and onboarding process for new employees and new managers• Collaborates with the field staffing team on staffing programs• Certified Career Coach to company employees• Acts as liaison for and participate in career fairs/internship fairs to promote TXRH• Manages the selection of vendor partners to support recruitment and hospitality programs• Manages the employee discount card process• Manages and develops the Legendary People Talent Specialist, Assistant Manager of Reception and Hospitality and their prospective teams • Provides strategy and ensures resources are available as needed for our On Call Reception Team• Implements programs for employees that focus on work/life balance
