To lead an integrated People service that delivers business goals through engaging people. Being part of the Emirates Delaware North Leadership Team, my role is to ensure the high visibility, focus and delivery of the People and Culture activity. I am focused on providing a clear and inspirational leadership which motivates and develops the People team to deliver high quality, customer centered services.

Responsible for maintaining a pool of around 2000 (1500 security, fire and medical and 500 volunteers) well trained and motivated casual staff, both paid and volunteers, for stewarding and security positions, via a robust recruitment process to deliver major events and all year round operation.
