I work to facilitate the contacting, admitting, and support for prospective people and help them all the way to completion of the program.

Here I would perform opening duties of the business with the receptionist. I was in control of taking care of and watching the animals in the boarding section of the hospital. I would assist the doctors and technicians each day with whatever they needed. I made out daily duty lists and weekly work schedules for the employees under me. I also took inventory and ordered, picked up, and stocked the store. Checking in and out animals was my responsibility to. Cleaning, laundry, and dishes for the business were a daily duty.

I would watch over the dogs I was assigned to while on my shift. I would prepare dinner and do laundry and dishes each shift for the business. Cleaning the building was done daily. Keeping up with making sure there was no animals waste anywhere was important. Preventing and breaking up animal fights was very important for the safety of the animals and humans.

I performed quite a bit of duties. First of I was mainly there to answer and solve level one IT work request for the faculty, staff, and students. This request could be password resets to the computer or email password resets. Helping people connect to the internet was a big issue. These request came in to me either by phone, email, or face to face interactions. I would collect daily the mail and take phone messages for the other employees in the department. If I was unable to solve the work request, I would assign it to the appropriate personnel. All our tickets were logged using a software system and hand recorded using a notebook.

I performed monetary transactions daily for employees and customers.Cleaning and stocking of the front end was done each shift.I was accountable for how much money was in my register at the end of my shift.
