• Responsible for implementing patient recruitment and retention campaigns for clinical research studies. • Primary responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison for recruitment with senior management, external study sponsor(s), managing project timelines, recruitment budgets, and deliverables, coordinating and prioritizing all recruitment activities, patient databases, and phone screenings, community outreach, and other recruitment activities.• Utilizing Clinical Conductor, AutoCruitment, Studykik, and other databases/software vendors to source and track participants.• Supervise a team of Research Interviewer that are responsible for conducting phone screens for all potential study participants. This includes managing their schedule, call volume, and all other job-related responsibilities• Manage weekly Recruitment meetings with Recruitment team and provide staff on recruitment changes, sponsor amendments, senior leadership updates. • Maintain appropriate recruitment documentation related to sponsor/IRB approvals for all studies in association with the development of phone screens in conjunction with all statistical data of recruitment outcomes based on patient success.• Track enrollment/retention during studies to ensure timely status reports are to sponsors, identify study-specific needs and intervention plans to ensure enrollment/recruitment goals are met/exceeded.
