With a focus on providing accurate diagnoses and individualized treatment plans, I strive to support clients in understanding their unique challenges and navigating their mental health journey effectively. Certified as a forensic evaluator in Tennessee, I also conduct comprehensive forensic assessments. These detailed forensic evaluations, include risk assessments, competency evaluations, and psychosexual assessments for legal cases. As a Postdoctoral Resident at Balanced Minds Psychology and Wellness, I focused on assisting children, teens, and their families in overcoming trauma and stress. Utilizing approaches like Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectic Behavioral, client-centered, and interpersonal therapies, I aimed to help patients with anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues while creating a safe space. My work also included conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify and address various disorders.

Provided psychological services to adults, children, and adolescents within the Sexual Assault and Trauma Services department with an emphasis on sexual assault, child sexual abuse, human trafficking, and other traumatic life experiences. Individual psychotherapy and crisis intervention with a broad focus on trauma, specifically sexual assault. Conducted trauma assessments and outcome measures for each client. Interventions include evidenced based trauma focused treatments such as, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Skills Training in Affective & Interpersonal Regulation Narrative Therapy (STAIR), and play therapy. Additionally, completed a psychological assessment rotation where I conducted assessment batteries for children. Scored and interpreted data in addition to writing integrative reports. Supervised current practicum externs and provided peer consultation for other Interns. Utilized telehealth to perform both psychotherapy (including tele-play therapy) and teleassessment.
